Ingredients
- 12 oz chicken breast sliced, grilled

- salt fresh cracked, to taste
- black pepper fresh cracked, to taste
- 2 tbsp red onion diced
- 6 cups butter lettuce baby red variety

- Fill a large salad platter with baby greens or divide on 4 small dishes.
