Scrumptious Grilled Chicken Fajita Skewers are a fast fun dinner! Flavorful and juicy, these skewers are ready to grill in just minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- ½ tablespoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt plus more to taste
- 1 green bell pepper cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red bell pepper cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow bell pepper cored and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, and salt.
- Add the cubed chicken to the spice mix and toss until well-coated.
- Assemble the skewers by alternating between chicken, peppers, and onions until each skewer is filled. Sprinkle a little more salt over skewers.
- Grill the skewers over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked through (165 degrees F internal temperature).
- Remove from the grill and serve with Mexican rice, tortillas, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, and anything else you like on your fajitas!
