Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken thigh boneless, skinless
  • 1/4 cup cilantro fresh, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic grated
  • 1 lime zested and juiced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl, cover, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. When ready to cook preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Add your chicken to the grill and grill until fully cooked, about 15 minutes.
  4. Serve warm with extra cilantro sprinkled on top.
