- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 4 cups strawberries fresh; 20oz/568g
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1½ cups heavy whipping cream I used Lucerne® Cream, 12floz/360ml
