Grilled Malibu Chicken

Juicy grilled chicken topped with thick cut ham, swiss cheese, and an incredibly yummy sauce!

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded to ½ inch thickness
- salt & pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- 4 slices thick-cut ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayo
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt & pepper to taste, garlic powder, and chili powder. Grill over medium heat 4-5 minutes each side until cooked through.
- While still on the grill, top chicken breasts with ham slices and swiss cheese. Allow to continue cooking until cheese is melty.
- Whisk together all sauce ingredients. Serve chicken topped with the sauce, beside chopped pineapple if desired. Enjoy!
Notes
- Serve with grilled pineapple!
