Grilled Peaches and Cream

Grilled Peaches and Cream features halved peaches grilled until tender and topped with a whipped mixture of vanilla-infused Greek yogurt and heavy cream sweetened lightly. The dish can be garnished with fresh blackberries and mint for added freshness and presentation.

Description

This dessert involves grilling peaches cut side down on a medium-heat grill until they soften and develop slight caramelization. Meanwhile, a vanilla bean is used to infuse plain Greek yogurt sweetened with sugar, which is then folded into lightly whipped heavy cream for a smooth, creamy topping.

The warm grilled peaches contrast with the cool, fluffy cream mixture, offering a balance of textures and flavors—sweet, fragrant fruit with a rich dairy topping. Blackberries and mint leaves add color and fresh accents to the dish.

This dessert can be served immediately after assembling and works well for summer gatherings or as a light, elegant finish to a meal.
