Grilled Peaches Recipe

Grilled ripe but firm peaches brushed with coconut oil develop caramelized grill marks then are topped with a honey mixture flavored with cinnamon, nutmeg, and almond extract. The result is a warm dessert combining sweet, fruity, and lightly spiced notes served with whipped cream and fresh herbs like mint or basil for added freshness and contrast.

Description

The Grilled Peaches Recipe starts by halving and pitting ripe yet firm peaches, which are brushed with coconut oil before grilling on medium heat. Heating on a grill or grill pan produces caramelized surfaces with signature marks, enhancing sweetness and adding a subtle smoky flavor. After grilling, the peaches are immediately brushed with a mixture of honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and almond extract, which adds warm spice and a fragrant, nutty aroma.

The peaches are served with optional whipped cream or ice cream, and a garnish of fresh chopped mint or basil introduces herbal freshness to balance the caramelized sweetness. This dessert highlights the natural juiciness and flavor of peaches intensified by grilling and spices, suitable for warm-season meals or casual entertaining.
