10 oz Fritos corn chips
1 lb ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
20 oz tomato sauce
1 medium yellow onion chopped
20 oz chili beans
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded

For Serving (optional)

sour cream
green onions
shredded lettuce

Instructions

Add the ground beef to a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Season the with salt and pepper. Cook the beef until nicely browned. Drain grease from meat if you prefer.
Add the browned ground beef into the crockpot.
Add tomato sauce, onions, and chili beans to the crockpot. Stir until combined. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Right before serving, stir in the cheese.
On a plate or shallow bowl, add Fritos chips, beef mixture, and top with optional sour cream, green onions and shredded lettuce. Serve and enjoy!
