Halloween Bark

Halloween bark is a super easy party food and a tasty way to use up chocolate and other Halloween candy! You can make it in just a few minutes and customize it with whatever candy you have.

Ingredients

Servings
  • 14 oz white chocolate bar or chocolate chips, 400g

Optional toppings

  • 3 teaspoon Sprinkles
  • ½ cup Candy (candy corn, gummy candy, chocolate etc...)
  • Candy eyes

Instructions

  1. Cut the chocolate into small chunks.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a microwave (check it often) or double boiler. You can also place it into a bowl over a pot of simmering water. Make sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water.
  3. Spread the melted chocolate onto a cookie sheet lined with a piece of baking paper. It should be about ¼ inch thick.
  4. Scatter the top with the sprinkles and candy.
  5. Place in the fridge and let it chill until it's firm. It should take about 20 minutes.
  6. When it's hardened, cut it into shards.
  7. Storage: You can store the halloween bark in the fridge or in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Try some of these toppings on your bark!
  • Nutritional calculator is approximate. I've calculated the chocolate and sprinkles, but not the candy since nutrition will depend on the candy you use.
