Halloween Brownies

Halloween Brownies feature a boxed double chocolate brownie batter baked with a white chocolate center and topped with a cream cheese frosting mixed with butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Crushed Halloween-themed Oreos garnish the frosting for a seasonal touch. This loaf-style brownie offers a rich chocolate base with creamy frosting and crunchy cookie topping.

Description

This Halloween Brownies recipe starts with mixing a boxed double chocolate brownie mix with egg, water, and neutral oil per package instructions. Half of the batter is poured into a parchment-lined loaf pan, topped with a white chocolate bar, and covered with the remaining batter to encase the white chocolate while baking at 325°F for about an hour until cooked through.

Once cooled, the top is spread with a smooth frosting made by whipping softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Chopped Halloween-themed Oreos are sprinkled on the frosting for added texture and festivity. The brownies are sliced into pieces for serving, combining moist chocolate brownie richness with a creamy, sweet topping and cookie crunch.
