Halloween Dip
Report
Impress guests with this 5-minute Halloween Dip. This guacamole is finished with cheese, tomato and jalapeño toppings, a sour cream web and olive spider.

Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 1 lime juice only
- 15 g fresh coriander (cilantro) finely chopped
- 2 pinch sea salt
- 2 pinch ground black pepper
- 30 g Red Leicester cheese finely grated
- 1 tomato large; finely diced
- 1 Jalapeño finely sliced
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- 2 black olives
Instructions
- Put 2 Avocados into a bowl and mash until your desired consistency.
- Add 2 pinch Sea salt, 2 pinch Ground black pepper, juice of 1 Lime and 15 g Fresh coriander (cilantro). Mix well.
- Put 30 g Red Leicester cheese and 1 Tomato around the edge of the bowl.
- Put 2 tablespoon Sour cream and 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt into a squeezy sauce bottle with a fine nozzle and draw a spider's web. Add 1 Jalapeno to the edges.
- Use one of the 2 Black olives as the spider's body. Thinly slice the other olive to make the spider's legs.
- Put the olive spider onto the web and serve.
Notes
- We recommend using a squeezy sauce bottle to make the web.
