Halloween Pasta

This easy Halloween pasta recipe is ghoulish, fun and perfect for an easy Halloween dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb (1kg) meatball for air fryer
  • 4 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 lb (500g) spaghetti
  • 1 cup mozzarella bocconcini, baby balls
  • ½ cup black olive sliced

Instructions

  1. Make the meatballs according to recipe instructions.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to the boil over medium-high heat.
  3. Bake (or air fry) the meatballs in a hot oven until golden brown and cooked through then add a slice of mozzarella to each meatball. Bake for another 2-3 minutes until just melted.
  4. Add a slice of black olive to each meatball.
  5. Cook pasta until al dente then drain and toss with the marinara sauce.
  6. Using tongs, twirl the pasta into nests on a serving platter than add the meatballs. Serve.
