Description

  • cups rice chex cereal
  • cups corn chex cereal
  • 2 cups pretzels mini
  • 2 cups M&M candies Halloween variety
  • 1-2 cups peanuts salted or unsalted
  • 1 cup candy corn or Halloween Mallow Mix
  • 1 (24-ounce) package almond bark white

Instructions

  1. Line large pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Chex, pretzels, M&M’s, peanuts, and candy corn and mix well.
  3. Break almond bark into pieces and melt in a medium pot over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  4. Pour melted bark over cereal mixture and mix well.
  5. Spread out onto wax paper or onto a parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Let set for 1 hour, then break into pieces to serve.

Notes

  • Store the mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 weeks or freeze for 2-3 months for best freshness.
  • Melting almond bark over a double boiler helps achieve smooth texture without burning.
  • If using a microwave to melt almond bark, heat in 30-second intervals and stir well between each to prevent overheating.
