Ham and Cheddar Biscuits with poppy seed spread make a delicious recipe for lunch, supper, or an easy appetizer.

Ingredients
- 1 1 recipe Cheddar Biscuits
- 10-12 10-12 slices baked ham
For the Poppy Seed Spread
- 1 1 cup butter softened
- 3 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 3 3 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 1 onion minced
- 3 3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce or coconut aminos

Instructions
- Prepare cheddar biscuits according to instructions.
- Mix together all ingredients for poppy seed spread and spread into the inside of biscuits. Add ham slice. Bake for 5 more minutes to allow the poppy seed spread to melt into biscuit.
