  • 2 Croissant
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 30 g ham sliced
  • 60 g cheese slices
  • 40 g spinach

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C(fan)/375°F/Gas 5.
  2. Mix together 1 teaspoon Honey and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
  3. Using a sharp, serrated knife, slice 2 Croissant in half lengthways. Spread the honey/mustard over the bottom section of the croissant.
  4. Fill the croissants with 30 g Sliced ham, 60 g Cheese slices and 40 g Spinach.
  5. Bake for 7-8 minutes.

Notes

  • Replace honey and mustard spread with garlic and herb butter for a garlicky flavor.
  • Use wholegrain mustard instead of Dijon for a stronger mustard taste.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning or poppy seeds on top before baking for added texture and flavor.
