Ingredients
- 2 Croissant
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 30 g ham sliced
- 60 g cheese slices
- 40 g spinach
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C(fan)/375°F/Gas 5.
- Mix together 1 teaspoon Honey and 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
- Using a sharp, serrated knife, slice 2 Croissant in half lengthways. Spread the honey/mustard over the bottom section of the croissant.
- Fill the croissants with 30 g Sliced ham, 60 g Cheese slices and 40 g Spinach.
- Bake for 7-8 minutes.

- Replace honey and mustard spread with garlic and herb butter for a garlicky flavor.
- Use wholegrain mustard instead of Dijon for a stronger mustard taste.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning or poppy seeds on top before baking for added texture and flavor.
