This Ham and Cheese Quiche recipe is a flavorful version of the brunch menu staple. A mixture of cheesy eggs, ham and seasonings are baked in a pie crust for an easy quiche that'll impress any brunch guest!

Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 5 large eggs
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ½ teaspoon minced onion
- ¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cups diced cooked ham
- ¾ cup broccoli steamed and chopped, optional
- 2 Tablespoons green onion sliced, for garnish, optional

Instructions
- Press pie crust in a 9-inch pie plate, pinching the edges. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs with heavy whipping cream, garlic, pepper, parsley, and minced onion. Add in cheeses, ham, and broccoli (if desired).
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake in preheated oven for 35-38 minutes. Remove and allow to cool 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Sprinkle with green onion slices before serving, if desired.
Notes
- Pie Crust. No need to pre-bake the crust. We use a refrigerated pie crust (to make this easy), but feel free to use our homemade pie crust if desired.
- Cheese- for best flavor and results, grate your own cheese.
- Storage- store leftovers for up to 3 days in refrigerator. Reheat in microwave or oven.
- Freeze- Bake your quiche and cool completely. Wrap in plastic wrap and a freezer bag or layer of foil. Make sure to use a freezer to oven safe pie plate (metal or diposable is best). Cook frozen quiche in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes. You may need to put a pie shield on the crust (or wrap with foil) so the edges don't burn.
