Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ onion diced, medium
  • 1 ½ teaspoons garlic minced
  • 6 ounces ham steak cooked and cubed
  • 1 tablespoon butter to grease ramekins
  • 6 egg large
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons chives chopped fresh
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F. Heat olive oil in a pan and add onions. Once soft, add garlic to brown.
  2. In a bowl, add all of the ingredients together and mix well. Separate mixture into ramekins and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Let cool slightly and serve.
