Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ onion diced, medium
- 1 ½ teaspoons garlic minced
- 6 ounces ham steak cooked and cubed
- 1 tablespoon butter to grease ramekins
- 6 egg large
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chives chopped fresh
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F. Heat olive oil in a pan and add onions. Once soft, add garlic to brown.
- In a bowl, add all of the ingredients together and mix well. Separate mixture into ramekins and bake for 20 minutes.
- Let cool slightly and serve.
