This Ham Salad is creamy and loaded with chunky, smoky, savory goodness, plus the perfect crunch from celery and onion.

Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked ham diced
- 2 hard boiled eggs chopped
- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ⅓ cup celery diced
- ¼ cup sweet relish no sugar-added
- 3 tablespoons red onion diced
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
Instructions
- Chop the ham in small cubes.
- Add the ham in the bowl of your food processor.
- Pulse 4-5 times, just until the ham is finely chopped, making sure not to completely puree it. You still want some small chunks.
- Add the ham to a large mixing bowl, along with the chopped hard boiled eggs, celery, red onion and relish. Gently toss to combine.
- Add in the mayonnaise, dijon mustard and dried dill. Mix until everything is well combined and it’s ready to serve.
- You can serve on your favorite low carb bread or serve with low carb crackers.
