This ham salad recipe is a quick and tasty lunch. It’s so good, you’ll want to eat it straight from the bowl - and you can with crackers!

Ingredients
- 1 pound deli ham ask for thick cut or dinner cut
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Blend ham in a blender or food processor until it is thoroughly minced. You might have to do this in batches depending on the size of your blender.
- Combine ham, mayonnaise, sweet relish, and celery in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and serve on sandwiches or with crackers.
Notes
- This recipe is great for using up leftover spiral ham from Easter or Christmas dinner!
- Optional Add-Ins: mustard, cucumbers, diced hard boiled-egg, dill pickles, red onions or shallots
- Use within 3-5 days of making.
