  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper fresh ground
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 ½ cups milk whole
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 pound cavatappi pasta cooked al dente to package instructions
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped for garnish

Instructions
