													This Harissa Chicken Recipe is both simple and delicious! It involves marinating chicken breasts in a flavorful blend of spicy harissa paste, garlic, honey, olive oil, lime juice, and a few exotic spices.

- 4 chicken breasts
 - 2 tablespoon harissa paste
 - 2 tablespoon olive oil
 - 2 tablespoon lime juice
 - 2 tablespoon honey
 - 3 cloves garlic (turned into a paste)
 - ¾ teaspoon salt
 - ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
 - ½ teaspoon sweet or smoked paprika
 - 1 tablespoon chopped coriander (to garnish)
 
Instructions
- To make the marinade, mix together the harissa paste, olive oil, lime juice, honey, garlic paste, salt, black pepper, and paprika in a bowl.
 - Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them, ensuring each breast is evenly coated.
 - Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or preferably for 2-4 hours if you have time. Avoid marinating them for more than 24 hours!
 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, without overcrowding.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
 - Let them rest for 5 minutes before serving with your favorite side dishes.
 
Notes
- Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator, ideally for 2-4 hours if you have time. Avoid marinating for more than 24 hours.
 - Feel free to tweak the harissa paste to match your taste. If you like it mild, go easy on the paste. Want more spice? Add a bit extra!
 - Make sure to coat each chicken piece evenly with the marinade for the best flavor in every bite.
 - Use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature of the chicken. It should read 165°F (74°C) to ensure thorough cooking and safety.
