  • 16 ounces Castello Creamy Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 pound smoked ham thinly sliced
  • 1 pear thinly sliced
  • thyme fresh
  • honey for drizzle
  • 20 Crostini

  • 1 baguette
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Crostini

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut baguette into ½ inch slices, brush with olive oil on both sides and bake on ungreased baking sheet for 12-15 minutes.

  1. Spread Havarti onto crostini.
  2. Layer cheese with ham, pear slice and thyme.
