- 16 ounces Castello Creamy Havarti cheese
- 1/2 pound smoked ham thinly sliced
- 1 pear thinly sliced
- thyme fresh
- honey for drizzle
- 20 Crostini

- 1 baguette
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Crostini
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut baguette into ½ inch slices, brush with olive oil on both sides and bake on ungreased baking sheet for 12-15 minutes.

- Spread Havarti onto crostini.
- Layer cheese with ham, pear slice and thyme.
