Haydari

  • 250 g de labné (yogur süzme)
  • 1 cucharada de hojuelas de menta seca
  • 3 dientes de ajo , picado
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva virgen extra

Para adornar

  • Mini pepino , en rodajas
  • Perejil plano , picado

Instructions

  1. En un tazón, agregue el labneh y bata con una cuchara.
  2. Agregue la menta, el ajo y la sal. Mezcle.
  3. Coloque el haydari en un plato.
  4. Decore con rodajas de pepino alrededor y rocíe con aceite de oliva.
  5. Espolvoree con perejil.
  6. Sirva frío con tostadas.
