Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 3 cups large flake oats
  • 1 cup of dates pitted and chopped
  • 1/3 cup of butter softened or applesauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Pack the dough tightly into a large ice cream or cookie scoop. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet then press down to thin it out. You can fit 3-4 per cookie sheet.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25-28 minutes until the bottoms are browned.
  5. Remove and let cool on the cookie sheets completely.
  6. Let the cookies sit on the counter for a few hours to firm up.
