Ingredients
- 2 tbsp garlic dressing or dressing of your choice, roasted
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp almonds sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken shredded
- 1 cup Brussels sprouts roasted, shaved
- 1 cup baby spinach
Instructions
- Layer your salad into your mason jar in the order of ingredients: dressing, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, shredded chicken, Brussel sprouts, and baby spinach.
Notes

- To make the roasted Brussel sprouts, coat with olive oil, salt and pepper, and roast in a 400F oven for 15-20 minutes.
