This Healthy Chicken Salad is delicious because it’s made with white meat chicken, non-fat greek yogurt, and zucchini. Enjoy with crackers or in a sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1 small zucchini finely grated and wrung out
- 2 large stalks celery finely chopped
- 1/2 small onion finely chopped
- 2 cans chicken drained, I used 2-12.5 oz. cans
- 1/3 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 real mayonnaise
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into bowl and stir until combined. Taste, adjust seasonings and serve as desired. I LOVE dipping crackers into this little concoction. Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 5 days {these covered bowls are GREAT for this}.
