  • 11.5 oz semi-sweet chocolate chunks or chips
  • 13.5 fl oz coconut milk unsweetened, canned
  • ½ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon salt sea salt
  • ¼ cup coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

GARNISHES:

  • walnuts optional, chopped

Instructions

  1. Line an 8X8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Add the chocolate chunks, coconut milk, maple syrup, and salt in a heavy-bottomed large pot.
  3. On medium-low heat, melt the mixture until the chocolate melts.
  4. Once the chocolate is melted, increase the heat to medium-high heat and cook until the mixture reaches 200℉.
  5. Remove from the heat and add in the coconut oil and vanillas. Mix until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and sprinkle the walnuts on top.
  7. Place the fudge in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then transfer it to the freezer for 8-10 hours.
