Ingredients

  • 1 mug coffee about 1 ½ cups
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon finely shredded unsweetened coconut optional

Instructions

  1. Place the ingredients into your blender and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
  2. Pour the latte into a mug and enjoy!

Notes

  • To make a pretty coconut-rimmed mug, brush a little honey onto the rim of your coffee mug then dip it into coconut.
