- 1 mug coffee about 1 ½ cups
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
- 1 teaspoon finely shredded unsweetened coconut optional
Instructions
- Place the ingredients into your blender and blend at high speed for 30 seconds.
- Pour the latte into a mug and enjoy!
Notes
- To make a pretty coconut-rimmed mug, brush a little honey onto the rim of your coffee mug then dip it into coconut.
