Healthy Strawberry Gummies (made with real fruit)

Report
These gummies use real strawberries combined with gelatin, honey, and lemon juice to create a fruit-flavored, naturally sweetened snack. Pureed and strained fruit juice provides a smooth base that sets into firm yet tender gummy candies after chilling. Honey adds sweetness while lemon juice balances the flavor with brightness.

Description

Healthy Strawberry Gummies blend diced strawberries pureed with honey and lemon juice then strained to remove seeds, making for a smooth juice base. Gelatin is then whisked in and heated gently until it dissolves, after which the mixture is poured into molds and chilled to set firmly. The result is a chewy yet tender gummy with natural fruit flavor and sweetness from honey.

This recipe uses simple, recognizable ingredients and avoids added artificial flavors or colors, relying solely on real fruit. The lemon juice adds a subtle tartness to balance the natural sweetness of the berries and honey.

The gummies set in about 20 minutes in the refrigerator, and their firm texture holds well for easy snacking.
