Ingredients
- 1 pound turkey breast sliced, 450g
- 1/2 red cabbage shredded, head
- 1/2 white cabbage shredded, head
- 1 bell pepper de-seeded and finely sliced
- 1 carrot cut into matchsticks, large
- 2 bell pepper de-seed and finely sliced
- 6 radish finely sliced
- 1 cup bean sprout
- 3 green onions (scallions/spring onions), finely sliced
- 4 tbsp cilantro fresh coriander, chopped
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds toasted
- 3 tbsp nut optional, toasted
Tahini Dressing:
- 1/4 cup tahini 120 ml
- 1/4 cup water or more as needed
- ¼ lemon juice 60 ml
- 1 garlic minced, clove
- sweetener or maple syrup if not low- carb, to taste
- salt
- black pepper
Instructions
- Add salad ingredients in a large bowl and mix to combine.
- Make the salad dressing by adding all the ingredients into a blender and blend till creamy.
- Add half the salad dressing into the salad and toss. Taste and add more dressing as required.
