High Protein Chocolate Mousse

This high protein chocolate mousse is decadent, velvety smooth, and incredibly rich! This quick and easy dessert takes only 5 minutes to make. It is great for a healthier dessert and snack!

Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • cup coconut cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup cocoa powder
  • 1 coop protein powder

Instructions

  1. First, add all of the ingredients to a bowl. Use a hand mixer to whip until creamy and smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and serve!

Notes

  • kitchen favorites
  • Use vanilla Greek yogurt for the best flavor.
  • Stir the can of coconut cream before measuring.  It will be pretty thick.
  • Mix until fully creamy and combined.
  • Eat immediately or store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
