Ingredients
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt I used Fage 2%
- 1 coop cake batter protein powder (use code EBF for 10% off)
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon Rainbow sprinkles
- graham cracker cookies for serving (I've used Annie's Bunnies and Simple Mills Sweet Thins)
Instructions
- Add greek yogurt and protein powder into a bowl and stir until combined. Stir in vanilla extract and then add in your sprinkles.
- Serve with small graham crackers or fruit for dipping.
Notes
- Blair Cooley on TikTok
- If you use non-fat greek yogurt you will likely need some sort of sweetener like 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup. Cake batter protein powder is highly recommended. If you only have vanilla you may want to add a tiny bit of almond extract and butter extract for more cake flavor.
