  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar can sub sugar-free alternative, like Truvia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 5 mL
  • 1 coop vanilla protein powder 40 g
  • cups almond meal 120 g
  • ½ cup chocolate chips 90 g

Instructions

  1. Blend: Add cottage cheese, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and protein powder to a blender. Blitz until smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir: Stir in almond meal and chocolate chips.
  3. Chill: For the best results, cover and chill in the fridge for an hour before serving.
