High Protein Frozen Yogurt: Easy and Healthy Recipe

This frozen yogurt recipe combines Greek yogurt with protein powder and frozen mango and raspberries for a creamy, fruity dessert with added protein. Using frozen fruits ensures a thick texture without ice crystals. Cinnamon and a pinch of salt enhance the flavors, and garnishing with fresh frozen raspberries and cornflakes adds a nice crunch. This makes a refreshing, nutrient-rich treat suitable for a snack or light dessert.

Description

High Protein Frozen Yogurt uses Greek yogurt as a creamy base blended with protein powder, cinnamon, and salt to boost its nutritional profile and flavor. Adding frozen mango and raspberries ensures a chilled, smooth texture without needing an ice cream maker. The mixture is pulsed in a food processor until combined, then transferred to a bowl and garnished with more frozen raspberries and crunchy cornflakes for texture contrast.

The natural sweetness from the mango and raspberries balances the slight tang of the yogurt and the warmth from the cinnamon. Eating it immediately offers a soft-serve consistency, while freezing it for a short time firms it up more.

This protein-packed frozen yogurt works well as a post-workout snack or a healthier dessert option when craving something cold and fruity. It is also easy to customize by swapping the fruit or protein powder flavor.

For best results, use well-frozen fruit, pulse carefully to maintain texture, and allow it to sit briefly if frozen solid before serving. It keeps in the freezer for up to two months.
