FOR FILLING:

  • 2 large egg
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 2 cups cottage cheese or just blend your own, whipped
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese grated (divided)
  • ½ onion powder
  • ½ garlic powder
  • ½ basil dried
  • ½ oregano dried
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper ground
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
  • 10 ounces spinach cooked and drained, then chopped, frozen

FOR TOPPING:

  • 1 jar marinara sauce Classico brand, fire roasted tomato & garlic
