- 2 cups cottage cheese or just blend your own, whipped
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese grated (divided)
- ½ onion powder
- ½ garlic powder
- ½ basil dried
- ½ oregano dried
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper ground
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
- 10 ounces spinach cooked and drained, then chopped, frozen
FOR TOPPING:
- 1 jar marinara sauce Classico brand, fire roasted tomato & garlic
