Ingredients
- 50 gms – ½ cup yellow mustard seeds
- 125 ml – ½ cup dry white wine
- 30 ml – 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- ½ to 1 tsp ground turmeric
- ¼ tsp fine sea salt
- 1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 2 or 3 tbsp water if required
Notes
- This mustard will need some time to “mellow” and “blend” before tasting.
