Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cold butter

Instructions
- Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Mix.
- Use a microplane, or the fine side of a grater, and grate the butter into the flour mixture.
- Toss the butter in the flour mixture and work with a fork until the butter is incorporated into the mix.

- Combine this mix with 2/3 cup milk and 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
- Mix to make a dough. Drop 8 rounded spoonfuls on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 450˚F for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
- Combine this mix with 1 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, and 2 eggs.
- Pour 1/4 cup on a hot greased skillet or griddle.
- Cook for about 90 seconds, then flip and finish cooking on the other side.
- Combine this mix with 2/3 cup milk.
- Drop spoonfuls into boiling soup.
- Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
- Cover and continue to cook for 10 additional minutes.
