Homemade blueberry coffee syrup is a naturally sweet and flavorful addition to enhance your coffee with a fruity, rich twist.

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup water
- 1-2 tbsp honey
Instructions
- In a pot add all the ingredients. Bring to a boil then reduce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Place a mesh strainer over a large measuring container and pour the blueberry mixture into the mesh, mashing the blueberries.
- Place syrup in a jar and keep in the fridge until ready to use.
