Share:
Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 3/4 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large blender and blend until smooth.
- Scoop and serve or freeze for 3 hours and pipe into bowls using a large closed star tip to get a nice swirl.
Notes
- STORAGE
- If you have any leftover or are making it ahead of time, add the blended mix to an airtight container and spread it evenly inside. Cover with plastic wrap, then a lid, and freeze for up to 2 weeks. Before serving, let thaw for 5-10 minutes on the countertop or until the ice cream is creamy and able to scoop or pipe easily.
