Make Disney's copycat pineapple dole whip recipe at the comfort of your home with just 3 ingredients. This is official Disney theme park recipe! Fruity frozen pineapple treat is perfect to combat summer heat!

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- ½ cup pineapple juice fresh is better
- 1 big scoop vanilla ice cream original recipe is vegan – so please use diary free vegan vanilla ice cream.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender – pineapple juice, frozen pineapple and vanilla ice cream (vegan ice cream if you want to stick to official Disney theme park).
- Blend until frozen pineapple bits are broken down and blend into nice and smooth creamy texture.NOTE: high powdered blender makes all the difference in making creamy, fluff, soft serve like pineapple dole whip recipe.Pro-tip: if dole whip results in thin running mix in blender, freeze the mix for 2 to 3 hours or until it turns into soft serve consistency and then serve.Use very chilled pineapple juice fresh off freezer vanilla ice cream to get dole whip soft serve like consistency. Bare in mind temperature outside will affect the consistency as well.
- To get the iconic Disney dole whip swirl freeze the mix for 30 minutes and then transfer to piping bag and with 1M star nozzle.
- Transfer soft serve like consistency dole whip into a pipping bag attached to star nozzle.
- Pipe into serving cups or jars and serve immediately.
