Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes (or 4 large potatoes) scrubbed and cut into 1/4-inch sticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
- Drizzle the fries with olive oil, and then toss them with salt until they're well coated.
- Arrange some of the fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each fry. Place the basket in the air fryer and cook for 15-18 minutes. Remove the cooked fries, and repeat with the next batch.
- Once all of the fries are cooked, put them all back into the basket and fry for another 2-3 minutes so they get hot and crispy before serving.
