Air Fryer French Fries are a great option for making french fries whenever a craving hits, using just a small fraction of the oil! Crispy and delicious every time.

Ingredients
- 2 Russet potatoes washed, unpeeled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375-380 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Wash and dry potatoes. Peel if desired. Cut into uniform sticks, about 1/4" thick.
- Toss potato sticks into a bag with cooking oil and salt.
- Place about half of the sticks in air fryer and fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping half way through. Not all air fryers are the same size, so be sure to not crowd the space, and that no sticks are touching.
- Once potatoes are tender crisp, remove from fryer and and sprinkle with any herbs or pepper.
- Cook in as many batches as needed.
