Ingredients
- 1 pound refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1 large egg beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into 8 equal portions.
- Roll each portion into a 5-inch square. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread a tablespoon of pizza sauce on each square, leaving a border. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
- Fold the dough over the filling to form a pocket. Seal edges with a fork. Brush with beaten egg. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
