Ingredients
Strawberry-Watermelon Ice Pops
- 2 cups watermelon chopped
- 12 strawberries fresh or frozen
- agave nectar if desired, or honey
Cantaloupe Ice Pops
- 3 cups cantaloupe chopped
- 2 teaspoons lime juice fresh
- agave nectar if desired, or honey
Tropical Ice Pops
- 1 cup milk skim
- ½ banana ripe
- 1 cup Mango fresh or frozen, cubes
- ¾ cup pineapple fresh or frozen, chunks
Berry Smoothie Ice Pops
- ½ cup skim milk
- ½ cup Greek yogurt plain, nonfat
- ½ banana ripe
- 2 teaspoons agave nectar or honey
- 2 cups berries blackberries, blueberries & raspberries, mixed, fresh or frozen
Instructions
Strawberry-Watermelon Ice Pops
- Place the watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the strawberries and puree until smooth. Taste and add agave nectar or honey, if desired.
- Using a funnel, pour the mixture into ice pop molds.
- Freeze until frozen, about 4 hours. Serve.
Cantaloupe Ice Pops
- Place the cantaloupe and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add agave nectar or honey, if desired.
- Using a funnel, pour the mixture into ice pop molds.
- Freeze until frozen, about 4 hours. Serve.
Tropical Ice Pops
- Place the milk and banana in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the mango and pineapple, and puree until smooth. Taste and add agave nectar or honey, if desired.

- Freeze until frozen, about 4 hours. Serve.
Berry Smoothie Ice Pops
- Place the milk, yogurt, banana and agave nectar in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add the mixed berries, and puree until smooth. Taste and add additional agave nectar or honey, if desired.
- Using a funnel, pour the mixture into ice pop molds.
- Freeze until frozen, about 4 hours. Serve.
