Ingredients

  • 4 tomato halved, ~9 ounce, medium, vine-ripened
  • ¾ onion roughly chopped, medium
  • 1 cup cilantro fresh
  • 1 jalapeño seeds and stem removed, medium
  • 3 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather and prep all ingredients.
  2. Add ingredients to a food processor.
  3. Pulse until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Serve with your favorite snacks or as a condiment in a main dish!
