Homemade Lucky Charms Treats
Description
To prepare, butter is melted in a pot over medium heat, then marshmallows are stirred in until fully melted and smooth. The marshmallow mixture is removed from heat while stirring to ensure the marshmallows are completely melted without burning. Lucky Charms cereal is then folded in to coat all the pieces thoroughly. The mixture is pressed into a greased 9x9 inch baking pan and allowed to cool and set at room temperature before slicing.
The resulting treat is soft and chewy with the familiar sweet flavors and marshmallow marshmallows from Lucky Charms. It works well as a colorful snack or dessert option for kids and adults alike. Serving chilled or at room temperature is common.
