  • 1 pound macadamia nuts
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons erythritol

Instructions

  1. Add 1lb. of macadamia nuts to your food processor and get them grinding.
  2. As they grind, scrape the sides down to make sure everything continues to grind evenly.
  3. After about 10 minutes of grinding, they will start to turn creamy.
  4. Add your coconut oil and eryhtritol to the creamy macadamia nuts and continue to process them.
  5. Once everything is combined and at the consistency you want, put it into a container and store in the fridge.
