Homemade Peach Ice Cream

Report
Homemade Peach Ice Cream blends ripe peaches pureed until smooth with whipped heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and a pinch of salt. The result is a creamy and flavorful no-churn ice cream featuring fresh peach taste and rich texture, ready to freeze in a container until firm.

Description

This Homemade Peach Ice Cream recipe begins by washing and quartering fresh peaches, removing pits, and pureeing them until fairly smooth. If using frozen peaches, they must be thawed before pureeing. Separately, chilled whipping cream is whipped with vanilla extract and salt until stiff peaks form, providing the ice cream’s base texture.

Sweetened condensed milk is then incorporated to add sweetness and creaminess. The peach puree is folded carefully into the whipped mixture, ensuring the fruit’s bright flavor is evenly distributed. The combined mixture is poured into a freezer-safe container and frozen for several hours until firm.

The resulting ice cream has a rich and smooth mouthfeel with natural sweetness from peaches, complemented by vanilla’s aromatic notes and a touch of salt to enhance flavor balance. This no-churn method simplifies making fruit ice cream without an ice cream machine, relying on whipped cream’s volume and condensed milk’s texture.
