Homemade Reese's Bars
Description
The Homemade Reese's Bars feature a crumb crust made by mixing graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and melted butter pressed firmly into a pan. The topping blends melted semisweet chocolate chips with peanut butter, creating a glossy layer that hardens when chilled. This combination delivers both the buttery crunch of the base and the rich, creamy sweetness of the chocolate-peanut butter topping. Setting the bars in the refrigerator for an hour ensures clean slices and an enjoyable texture contrast between layers. These bars are a straightforward dessert option that showcases classic flavor pairing with minimal steps.
