Homemade Spicy Mayo

A tangy and spicy Whole30 compliant sauce

Ingredients
- 1 room temperature egg
- 1 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup extra light olive oil
Instructions
- Crack a room temperature egg into a large wide mouth jar
- Add the vinegar, hot sauce, sriracha, oil, salt and pepper to the jar
- Place the immersion blender into the bottom of the jar and begin to blend
- Continue blending pulling the blender up and down as you blend until a thick mayo remains
